Why is Gynecomastia so common during puberty among boys?

Physiological Gynecomastia is a condition of enlargement of breasts due to growth of breast tissues around breasts in men. This condition of Physiological Gynecomastia can occur three times in their life, first when they are new born, second when they are teenagers and hit puberty and third when they become adults. Infants get rid of gynecomastia with time, but when they hit puberty, the chances of enlarged breasts going away with time are very low. Gynecomastia can be physiological and non physiological but the symptoms are likely the same.
